These Reiki symbol stones have been created and energised by Dean Kingett. They have been attuned as a Reiki channel and can be used as a strong meditation aid to help your connection or link with spirit. HOW TO USE THE REIKI STONES
CHO KU REI
This is a power symbol and can be used for meditation by simply placing the stone on either the crown or brow (3rd eye) chakra, or just holding it in your hand allowing its energy to flow, bringing a closer connection to spirit. It can also be used for healing by placing the stone on any pained area and asking for its healing energies to bring relief.
SEI HE KI
This can be meditated on the same as Cho Ku Rei but this will concentrate on emotional/mental issues. It can also be used to heal your emotions when stressed, depressed or suffering anxiety etc by holding the stone or focusing on it, imagining your woes flowing from you.
HON SHA ZE SHO NEN
This stone can be used to send out absent healing to anyone or anything anywhere. Hold the stone and visualize the person, animal etc, or place the stone on a picture of them and ask the stones energies to be sent to heal, you can also use any of the other stones with this stone to send the appropriate healing.
DAI KU MYO
This symbol can be used to empower the three other symbols or used as a substitute for them, experiment with your own higher consciousness for meditation by simply placing the stone on either the crown or brow (3rd eye) chakra, or just holding it in your hand allowing its energy to flow, bringing a closer connection to spirit.
